Haven't lived here very long, but so far my interactions with all the staff members have been very pleasant. I love the amenities and couldn't ask for a nicer place to live.

My boyfriend moved into the View at Cascade Apartments in North Scottsdale. I have been staying with him the first month until I start law school at the end of August. I wanted to take the time out to share a wonderful move-in with one of the associates working at the community. From the moment we went to tour the View at Cascades, Ashli was warm, friendly and inviting. She listened attentively to all of my boyfriend's (as well as mine!) needs.

I spent a lot of time apartment searching in North Scottsdale. A lot!! It was such an overwhelming and frustrating experience, and nothing felt "right." Then I walked into Cascade.
