1 & 2-Bedroom Apartments in Scottsdale, AZ

Haven't lived here very long, but so far my interactions with all the staff members have been very pleasant. I love the amenities and couldn't ask for a nicer place to live.

My boyfriend moved into the View at Cascade Apartments in North Scottsdale. I have been staying with him the first month until I start law school at the end of August. I wanted to take the time out to share a wonderful move-in with one of the associates working at the community. From the moment we went to tour the View at Cascades, Ashli was warm, friendly and inviting. She listened attentively to all of my boyfriend's (as well as mine!) needs.

I spent a lot of time apartment searching in North Scottsdale. A lot!! It was such an overwhelming and frustrating experience, and nothing felt "right." Then I walked into Cascade. My husband and I moved to The View at Cascade Apartments in February of 2023. After retirement we decided that apartment homes were the way to go. Having lived in a couple of upscale apartment homes, I must say this is by far our favorite.

Our Community Manager Lian, Assistant Manager Oliver, and Leasing Consultant Ruben, went above and beyond to ensure our move-in process was uncomplicated, straightforward and clear. We can't say enough about Lian's exemplary leadership as we are quite impressed with this dedicated and professional Management team. To say that Corporate/Pillar Communities is lucky to have them is an understatement. They are truly the best!

The property is in a prime location to everything we could need or want. The apartment community is beautiful and well-kept, thanks to the outstanding Maintenance team Paul and Kris, along with the housekeeping staff Judith and Micaela.

Kudos to this amazing Management and Maintenance staff who make us proud to call The View at Cascade our home.

Just recently moved into this complex and it is even prettier than the pictures! Units are beautiful and spacious (we have a 2bed 2bath), complex is clean, and amenities are easily accessible and gorgeous! Staff has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with and the move in process was the smoothest I’ve ever had. So happy to call the View at Cascade home!
